You will learn holy chants like Om, the strong MahaMrityunjaya Mantra, the enlightening Gayatri Mantra, and beautiful prayers that connect you to something bigger if you practice every day. Each session gets you one step closer to real peace inside.
Pranayama
Life is breath, and yoga is the way to master it. You'll learn about the pranic body, which is your subtle energy, and how breath affects your health, your way of life, and your spiritual growth. You'll learn useful skills like:
- Nadishodhana (breathing through different nostrils).

At first, these ancient yogic cleansing methods may seem strange, but they work really well to get rid of physical blockages and clean your body. Agni Saar (digestive fire), Jal Neti, Rubber Neti, Sutra Neti (nasal cleansing methods), and Dand are some of the traditional practices that yogis have used for hundreds of years to stay healthy and clear energy pathways.

| Yogic Quality | How It Feels | Our Focus |
| Sattvic | Light, calm, energized | Fresh, organic, balanced |
| Rajasic | Restless, overstimulated | Limited |
| Tamasic | Heavy, dull | Avoided |
In yoga, food is for both the body and the mind. Yoga doesn't count calories; instead, it looks at Satva, Rajas, and Tamas, or how food makes you feel. You feel light, energised, and clear after eating sattvic food. Too sweet or heavy foods can make you feel tired, and rajasic foods can make you restless. Because of this, our kitchen focuses on being fresh, balanced, and easy to use.
How we eat is also very important. Yogis have always said that you should have two healthy meals a day, with a break of 5 to 8 hours between them. If you need to, you can also have light fruit. Freshness is important on a sattvic diet. About 40% of what you eat each day comes from raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts and salads, which are a frequent part of the diet.

| Dal Bhat | Roti Tarkari | Dhido |
- People in Pokhara eat dal bhat almost every day. It's the main dish in most Nepalese meals. A warm plate of rice, lentils, veggies, and pickle makes you feel grounded and full, and gives you steady energy.
- Roti tarkari is a healthier choice made with soft wheat rotis and in-season vegetables. With yoghurt, it's a gentle, healthy meal that's great for after yoga.
- Dhido is a traditional food that people love because it is easy to make and good for you. Many yogis choose it over rice when they want to feel light, strong, and focused.
