How are students assessed during the training?

What happens if I miss a class or exam?
If you miss a class for a genuine reason, extra guidance is provided. Exams can be re-taken under specific conditions as per school policy.

How many hours of yoga practice are there each day?
Students practice around 6–8 hours daily, including physical practice, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Will there be free time or rest during the day?

Is the daily schedule very strict?
The routine is disciplined but supportive. Regular attendance is required, yet the environment remains calm and respectful.
Are Sundays or rest days included in the course?

Can I join if I have an injury or health condition?
Yes, in many cases. You should inform us in advance so that teachers can guide you safely and suggest modifications.
Do I need to be very flexible to join?
Not at all. Flexibility develops with practice. What matters most is your willingness to learn and stay consistent.
Is there any age limit for joining the training?
Generally, students above 18 years can join. There is no upper age limit as long as you are physically and mentally fit.
Do I need prior yoga experience to join the course?

Are there any rules students must follow?
