4. Course Structure & Certification: 

• Pankaj Yogpeeth provides coaching, training, practice sessions, and study materials to help students prepare for examinations conducted by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
• Pankaj Yogpeeth is not a government-certified institute.
• All examinations, certifications, validity, and governing rules are strictly as per the Yoga Certification Board guidelines.
• Certificates are issued only by the Yoga Certification Board, not by Pankaj Yogpeeth.

5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy: 

• All course fees must be paid in full as per the selected program.
• All courses and classes are strictly non-refundable.
• Leaving a course midway will not entitle the student to any refund.
• Allowance to join another batch (if any) is solely at the discretion of Pankaj Yogpeeth management and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Processing: 

• Payments made on this website are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway Razorpay.
• Pankaj Yogpeeth does not collect, store, or process credit/debit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
• Any payment disputes must be addressed through the payment provider first.

7. Study Material & Intellectual Property: 

• All study materials, videos, notes, and digital content provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Pankaj Yogpeeth.
• Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, distribution, or use of the study material (including sharing with non-enrolled individuals or institutions) is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation will result in strict legal action.

8. Attendance & Conduct:

• Students are expected to maintain discipline, sincerity, and respectful behavior throughout the course.
• Misconduct, disruption, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or removal without refund.

9. Job Assistance Disclaimer

• Pankaj Yogpeeth does not guarantee employment after course completion.
• We may assist students by promoting them for group classes or opportunities through our platform, but placement is not assured.

10. Website Usage

• Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or disrupt services.
• Any such activity may result in account termination and legal consequences.

11. Limitation of Liability
