ogi Pankaj ji was born on the ospious land of Rishikesh, the world capital of Yoga. Since childhood, he was fascinated by the spiritual atmosphere that permeated his hometown. While other children played, he would often be found sitting by the Ganges, observing the Sadhus in meditation.

For over a decade, Pankaj Ji has been a beacon of authentic yoga. He is not just a teacher but a lifelong student, holding a Master's Degree in Yoga and Holistic Health. His quest for knowledge led him to study in various traditional Ashrams across India, absorbing the subtle nuances of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar traditions.

Today, he focuses on Alignment and Anatomy, believing that a safe practice is a sustainable practice. His classes are a blend of rigorous physical discipline and profound spiritual inquiry.

The foundation of yoga begins with discipline. We cultivate a strong daily routine (Dinacharya) starting at Brahma Muhurta to purify the body and mind.

Alignment (Asana)

Correct alignment allows the Prana (energy) to flow freely. We focus on skeletal and muscular precision to ensure stability and ease in every posture.

Breath (Pranayama)

Breath is the bridge between the body and mind. Through rigorous Pranayama techniques, we learn to control the vital life force and calm the fluctuations of the mind.

Meditation (Dhyana)

The ultimate goal of our practice. Moving from movement to stillness, we guide students into deep states of meditation to experience their true nature.

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. Our 200-Hour TTC is designed to build a strong foundation from the ground up. We welcome students of all levels, provided they have a sincere desire to learn.

What style of Yoga do you teach?

We primarily teach Hatha Yoga for alignment and stability, and Ashtanga Vinyasa for strength and flow. We also include sessions on Yin Yoga and Restorative practices.

Is food and accommodation included?

Yes, our packages are all-inclusive. You will be provided with a private or shared room with an attached bathroom, and 3 nutritious vegetarian (Sattvic) meals daily.

Is the certificate internationally recognized?

Yes, Pankaj Yogpeeth is a registered yoga school (RYS) with Yoga Alliance USA. Upon successful completion, you can register as an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) globally.
