Guru shishya parampara
Our Lineage
गुरु शिष्य परम्परा
In India, yoga has always passed from teacher to student, by living example as much as by words. Our teachers carry that chain unbroken: from Swami Rama and the Himalayan tradition, the Bihar School, Iyengar Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Vedanta and the ashrams of Rishikesh, to every student who trains with us.
