A day at Pankaj Yogpeeth
Life at the Ashram
आश्रम जीवन
A teacher training is lived, not only studied. The day follows the rhythm of the ashram: practice at dawn, the breath, study, a long rest at midday, the afternoon flow and meditation at dusk, with three sattvic meals and a quiet room to come back to.
