As part of the training, you will learn how to do Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Mula Bandha (root lock).
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is one of the most popular ways to work out all over the world. It changes the way you feel in your body, helps you lose weight, and makes your health better. We'll walk you through this beautiful trip one step at a time. "Awake, my dear; be gentle to your sleeping heart; take it out into the great fields of Light; and let it breathe." Your practice includes Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation), as well as Yoga Mudrasana, Matsyasana (Fish Pose), Gupta Padmasana, Baddha Padmasana, Lolasana, Kukkutasana, and Garbhasana.
Ashtanga Vinyasa
You find freedom inside yourself when you practice Ashtanga with commitment. You'll learn what Ashtanga Vinyasa is really about, what its main parts are, why breath is so important in this practice, and do the Primary Series, which is the basis for everything else.
Shatkarma
Shatkarma, which means "six actions," are ancient yogic ways of cleansing the body that get rid of illnesses and clear out blockages. It's kind of like giving your body a good spring cleaning. Agni Saar, Jala Neti, Rubber Neti, Triang Mukha Eka Pada Paschimottanasana, Sutra Neti, and Danda are some of the poses that are taught.
Human Anatomy
To keep yourself and your student safe, you need to know how your body works. A teacher who knows how joints move and systems work together is sure of themselves. The study talks about the different kinds of bones, the circulatory system, heart health and blockages, and the skeletal system, which is the framework of your body.

| This delicious Pahari dessert is a real treat. Barnyard millet (jhangora), milk, and sugar are used to make it. Kewra essence adds a lovely taste, and almonds and raisins are sprinkled on top. |
The lentils used in phanu are the same as those used in chainsoo, but they are soaked for 4 to 6 hours before being cooked, which makes a huge difference. |
The way people in Uttarakhand ate was very smart. In many places, mandua is also known as ragi. It is an amazing grain that can help keep you healthy in so many ways. |

What We Expect From Students
We ask all of our students to follow these easy rules during the course so that we can keep the classroom calm, respectful, and focused:
- Follow the rules and treat others with respect on campus and in class.
- It is illegal to drink, smoke, eat meat, or do anything else that makes you feel drunk.
- To get the Yoga Alliance certificate, you must attend at least 85% of the classes. Any kind of bad behavior could mean losing your certificate or being kicked off school. If a student drops out of a course in the middle for personal reasons, they will not get their money back, but they can take the course again later if they get permission first.
- A USD 250 fee that can't be returned is needed to hold a place. There is no health or accident insurance through the school. Students are responsible for their own health and safety.
- If they have a health problem, they must tell their teachers about it and do what they are told to stay safe.
- Everyone in the class has to stick to the daily schedule that was given out at introduction. These rules help make sure that everyone has a safe, helpful, and real yoga experience.
